Came from out of state and was told to visit the MedMen dispensary. Passed by this location in West Hollywood and was able to get everything I needed and more! Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. The products are very well priced. Great location! :)

A large part of that experience is due to the awesome bud tender I had the pleasure of chatting with. Kimberly S., is knowledgable, super nice, totally awesome and is able to help guide you into some great products based upon your needs and wants. I'll definitely be back!

The staff is generally pretty friendly, though they can tend to be condescending. If you go in there knowing what you want it's a little annoying being accosted by sales people. My advice is to look at their menu online and do your research at home so you have a good idea about what you want or want to compare. Coming from Seattle where cannabis is treated like wine for a sophisticated genre, I get the sense that MM is preferring to dumb down the conversation. Just my two cents. It would really be great if their stock went up considering they are marketing themselves heavily as the Apple of cannabis. Not sure if that's a good thing however...

I went on a huge sale because of the new law change. Guess goverment regulations made them sell or throw away. But even on normal days, they are busy. Think of them as the Apple store, overpriced but reliably good Marijuana. I Tried the Strawberry sour diesel. Definitely LOUD

Best customer service around. PERIOD. Line is usually quick...if there happens to be one. And the inside is very clean, spacious and modern. It reminds me of the interior set up of an Apple store but for weed. The extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and overtly friendly staff is the only reason I'm giving this location 5 stars. If it weren't for them I would have to give it 4 stars (which isn't bad guys) only due to the pretty price tag attached to almost everything. It's expensive, no way around that. And on top of everything being relatively pricey, the sales tax adds another chunk of change to your final bill. There are other places with better prices. I could also just hit up my local dealer and get twice the flower for half the cost.. However, I keep coming back only because of your staff and you amazing selection of product. Bravo staff. You all rock 👊 keep it 💯 Ps. I "Highly" recommend OG Kush 1 gram wax cartridge made by Heavy Hitters.
