Jason and Ian are the best ever! I always look forward to seeing them, even if they aren’t the ones helping me, they make me feel like royalty every visit!! AJ helped me the other day (dealing with my mom’s death day and celebration of life) he was so kind, and had 10/10 recommendations for exactly what I needed. He was a bright spot on a rough day for sure. I have so much gratitude for that. Joe helped me today and he was great. Was helpful but could tell I didn’t need a whole lot of help, he could read my needs and I appreciate that because not everyone has that trait. 10/10 as always.

Me Plus a Million

LARGE AND VERY WELL STOCKED! The Herbery is a spacious, well stocked and well lit store. Perfectly clean and displays are all on point. Service was quick and easy. The display and selection of pre-rolls is unmatched. That’s a true W for the managers of this store. A perfect store for a visual shopper. There’s so much. I will need a second visit to see all that they have. I’d love to come back and spend an hour in the store. I was only visiting the area and in for a quick treat so I didn’t have a lot of time to look at their vast selection. I think that being in a rush made the store feel overwhelming so I will be sure to stop by again when I have a little more time. I enjoyed the Smokies brand edibles but they are REALLY hard to open. They are not a good option for arthritic or otherwise impaired hands. Smokies Edibles’ child proof packaging was exceptionally hard to open and the individual packaging was hard to open as well.

Just picked up something awesome that Matthew helped me pick out and rang me in for. Appreciate your knowledge on product and your very friendly attitude. Every time I come in I’m surprised by how nice the employees are but just keeps getting better! Will continue to update on my great experiences! 11/7 Edit: Going with Ashley’s picks tonight!! She was amazing and helped me out twice this week. She remembered me and was able to find what I got the last time she helped me very quickly. It was busy but she got me in and out in under 5 minutes. Thank you again for having the most friendly staff and for always having great suggestions for my ever changing smoking needs. You guys are awesome as usual!!

Travis Wonders

This place is always super clean and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm usually just a guest with friends, but had a great chat with Branden A (the Herbtender who helped my partner) about CBD stuff and it was really informative. The staff make this place great.
