The guy who helped us was very knowledgeable and helpful to me, choosing my new bong. He allowed my husband and I both to take our time while picking between the different artists. He spent his time talking to us the entire time and made sure our stuff was safe for the ride home. This is our second double purchase and won't be our last! Thank you!!

Great atmosphere. The young man that helped me was very helpful and knew the products very well he was extremely helpful and upbeat he made my visit enjoyable and I will definitely return for more purchases if you value great customer service this is a place to start especially the gentleman that helped me don't remember his name but I was there Friday afternoon between noon and two o'clock. He really knew his products. Also they have some of the coolest pipes and bongs I've ever seen

3/22/22 Man what a great staff! I wish I could remember the name of the young woman that helped us. She was blonde with very curly hair. I took my mother here to find her a vaporizer. Our clerk was very very knowledgeable! She was able to answer all my mom's questions with easy to understand verbage. She's in her '70s so it was really great that the young lady took the time to help us get exactly what we needed! My mom absolutely adores her pax 3 vaporizer. The young lady was even kind enough to give us a sweet deal on a bag for my bong and some accessories for the vaporizer. 10 out of 10 we will be back the next time I'm in Tacoma! And if you're looking for amazing hand blown local art glass, this is the shop! I can't recommend the shop enough
