As senior citizens, we feel totally safe in the store! We like the products they have for sleep (yup, we seniors have sleep issues). The sales associate who helps us is Rachel...We Love Her Help!!! She's patient, will show us several options in products, and she's so friendly. The store is clean and organized, with a bit of whimsical humor if you look around. Really, it feels safer there than other stores we've been in. They care about their customers.

Nothing but outstanding staff and selection. Prices could be better, but online pre-order has good sales, plus a loyalty bonus every ten orders. Location is nice and roomy with glass art and free to play stand up arcades in the back. Loving the vibe.

He provided excellent customer service to me and other's in your storefront. I honestly can't recommend this place enough! The vibe here, it's genuine, the budtenders seem happy, and are beyond helpful. Several of them remember not only my name, but the details of conversations we've had previously. There's one guy in particular who always just has the best advice or he'll mention a promotion I would have otherwise missed...I'm ashamed of myself for not knowing his name. Ownership/management is clearly invested in making this a successful business, and everything about this location is top notch. It's one of those rare spots where you find yourself thinking "I bet it would be cool to work here" while you wait, and that's probably the highest compliment I can think of.

This is my favorite dispensary in Washington. Not only do they price match and always have great deals, but they are so welcoming and friendly. The Seattle area can be so overwhelming and when I come into the shop I feel like I can breathe. Every time I go in the staff is so friendly and helpful. I don’t feel judged or rushed. Today a sweet woman by the name of Raquel took her time to look at the deals and which specific items I would get the best deals on. She was so patient, and changed my outlook I had a rough few days and she made me smile and laugh and feel important as a person. I usually always have money to tip but I have been struggling and she was understanding about it and it did not change her demeanor towards me. These people deserve huge raises and respect. Places like this make this unorthodox world a better place!
