Thanks for the new sticker! (Parked at Ike’s and ran to ruckus) But there’s a good reason why I no longer support this lousy business from scratched and dented products purchased to being the symbol of gentrification in the city. THIS BUSINESS DOES NOT DESERVE YOUR MONEY. Go anywhere else. Edit to answer Ike’s: i like the sticker. I prefer your competition. I understand that I was parked there for 4 minutes (I had been your customer for years since you opened your first location) and you had to put this on my car because you have nothing better to do than watch your cameras? That sticker on my car reminded me to leave you a review. I didn’t NEED to leave this review just like you didn’t NEED to put that sticker on my car. Happy new years!

I’ve visited a few times now and will gladly continue keep coming back! The staff is really knowledgeable but Emma has gone above and beyond each time she helps me out. Between that and the solid variety of products, I’m happy to have this location as my new regular spot!

Becareful with what you order from this Uncle Ike location. Budtenders here will try to argue about price differences when things don't add up on the check out process. When you make your order online or in person, make sure you check the weight of the labels. I won't be coming back to a location with people who can't even correctly check weight measurements or maybe it's just intentional based on the bad reputation I have been hearing from other people who go to this location. It must feel embarrassing when a customer calls you out for your mistake and you still want to argue with a customer over your mistake? Have your employee go back to school for math. Edit 03/04/2024 I appreciate the manager reaching out regarding my previous review. It seems there was an accidental discrepancy between the stated product weight and the amount I was charged. While I'm sure misrepresenting weight intentionally is not your policy, reviewing the scales and cash handling procedures could help prevent similar issues in the future. Providing additional staff training on reviewing products and processing returns may also be beneficial. I wanted to bring this matter to your attention so you can improve operations before it gets reported to the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board for not following state mandatory standard.

Emma was wonderful! She listened to what I was looking for and made recommendations based on my likes and dislikes. I have never come across someone so helpful and genuine. I would go back just for her!
