Would normally never go out of my way to write a bad review but this place was awful. I have a valid state-issue ID that was denied by who I’m assuming is the manager because “it didn’t have holo on it” (it does, in the shape of the state of NC) and then the woman at the counter threatened to call the police on me when I asked why they wouldn’t accept it. If your store doesn’t accept out of state IDs then that’s fine, but just say that. 1 star for the guy that was nice to me when I walked in.

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and personable. They remember certain preferences that I have and give recommendations based on previous purchases. I should also mention they didn’t make me feel rushed even when 4 customers were waiting behind me. As an artist, I appreciate the attention to detail on the displays and overall presentation of the shop. The marketing emails also stand out in regard to quality graphic design. My favorite brand by far is Fire Bros! Full Disclosure: I am writing this review to enter in the drawing for the Puffco Proxy portable device, which is another awesome aspect of Lux, they raffle off some pretty cool stuff.

The first time we even stepped in the doors, there was a lack of customer service. My gf walked in and right back out. On top of the pricing, I'd go to Ikes anyday. Nice friendly people in a friendly shop with friendly prices. Nothing like this place at all. I won't even waste my time looking at the menu.
