Zero Stars go to this unethical business. They have "lost" all of my points. (I had over 1000 Points) This is the second time this has happened and they refuse to resolve even though employees take my phone number and promise to have a manager call me to resolve. The first time it happened, they blamed it on the vendor software that is used to track your points. The manager at that time would only offer me 1/2 of my points back which was around 750, when it should have been double that. The second time it happened, they had zero explanation, only took my number and promised a manager would be calling me, but that hasn't happened. I've been a long time customer since they opened in Wallingford, but I will never shop here again. Slim Shady runs this shop. Stay away from scam businesses like this one. As a long time customer, I was sympathetic to them as a local business as they have been broken into multiple times, however after finding out how they treat long time customers and how they scam them out of accumulated points, I am actually now cheering on the criminals that steal from American Mary Wallingford. They deserve all the bad karma they generate. *Update* As you can see below, Tony is telling me that "if I want to reach out" and then leaves his email. Tony, not only do you have my phone #, but you also have my email address. YOU should be REACHING OUT TO ME. Why haven't you contacted me to resolve Tony? Because you have zero interest in fixing this issue. If you want me as a customer again, you're going to need to do a little bit of work. Until then, I stand by this 100% accurate review of American Mary Wallingford. The Worst.

Men if I was the owner I really Consider looking into my employee how you guys are open can't answer the phone it's ringing somebody hangout up I'm calling like 6 times just to see if you guys have product now I hade to drive there just to see if you guys had the product didn't even have it horrible Customer service

I have been going to American Mary for several years now, and it’s the only shop I go to. The staff is always very kind and they know what they are talking about. I have a couple chronic health issues, and have used weed to help with pain. The staff at American Mary always knows the best strain for me for what I am dealing with. I trust this place, and the staff!

Personally, I like the set up of the shop. From the entrance looking in, you're surrounded by all their products which are in the glass case or on the wall. The store is very well lit, and products are easy to see. The staff is very knowledgeable and will assist you in finding something that will suite your needs. Upon walking in I was greeted and assisted in finding what I was looking for. The Soulshine Cannabis Luv Struck pre roll and the Pioner Squares did not disappoint. The two items I purchased were recommended by a budtender working at the location. I would encourage anyone looking for a good dispensary to stop by.
