Let me start off by saying this is one of the best shops around been going here for years since they open great knowledgeable budtenders owners are great people. With all that said unfortunately this review is just the management side of things went in today to buy a microbar/cartridge got half way down the street after purchasing can tell the bar was clogged usual fixes its self in a couple hits this one didn't turned back around to replace the bar I purchased just 10 min ago I figured no problem they have always been great there never had an issue like this before. Walk in store for return budtender calls for management (ricky) Ricky say let's go outside and try and fix it then goes on to say see I lf I just replace this I'll get in trouble not you at this point I told Ricky i buy these all the time it's shot not working he replies with (man I swear people here) I replied people you mean a customer that has been coming here for years Ricky. I sit there I disbelief remember at one point even had to tell him calm down he tells me with receipt it hand I need to see original packaging so I go too my car to get packaging give it to Ricky after he got everything he asked for he goes I'm going to have you come back and talk to the owner I said that's fine no worries I can do that in same breath changes his mind throws a new cartridge on table says here get out of here and don't come back said no problem. Owners might want to put this kid (ricky) back on as a budtender we're he started learning the basics customer service because he's bringing your business down as a whole take it from a customer you just lost since your grand opening customer's best prices around but with management like this maybe it worth going down the street and paying the couple extra bucks won't be going here anymore🤙

I drive my Son there. He's 37 and gets great deals there. I'm not able to go in because of my asthma. And my son is trying different items for my back pain because I do not like to feel high. And they are working so well with us to figure out what I can and cannot use.

GREAT customer service! I had naively bought a vape w/a charger cord I wasn't used to. It doesn't fit a normal USB port. I realize this driving home & try to return my vape. Requiring I drive ten minutes back to the dispensary to get my $ back. When I returned, the guy who checks ID's asked me if there was a problem. I explained why I was back & he tried charging the vape w/a normal USB. Didn't work. He sent me to see another guy. This guy noticed I was kinda irritated & he listened while I explained I'm low tech & hate new tech stuff. Even little cord things confuse me often. The employee does a very diplomatic job of explaining that companies use new stuff & sympathized. So he gives me a free cord that turns my new vape into one that's charged w/a normal USB charger. Free! My new vape was only $6! I assume because I'd driven back & they clearly have good customer service. I spend a LOT of $ at the other two dispensaries on that corner. I will now only use my new dispensary. This one!

I will and regularly drive past 2-3 dispensaries just to get to NWCC. I went in once last year off a leafly recommendation and I do not regret it. The discounts and sales. The staff are amazing. I feel like I get my money’s worth here. 10/10 . Like others mentioned, the site used to manage online orders ain’t it, but thankfully I trust the tenders to do a good job.

Great prices, they make you feel welcome, and they have a great variety of products. There is only one issue I have with this store and it's not even the store itself. The website you have to order from sucks nutts, they even have a second website as a backup incase the first one doesn't load up but they both suck, and they could really stand to update their menue way more often than they do now.
