Bought a $15 dab banger there only to get home and realize the glass on the male part is not round but an oval making it impossible to create a seal. No biggie I take it back to exchange it, only to be told no exchanges no refunds pointing to a little card I failed to notice when cutting it up with the salesmen when buying the piece and not a single employee during the sale process mentioned the policy. So a company that pulls in more that half a million dollars in sales a month can't find it in themselves to exchange a $15 faulty piece their purchaser didn't catch and just put out on the shelves. If you wanna pass quality control onto the customer at the risk of you essentially robbing robbing us, the least you could do is make sure your employees are making clear with the customers your policies.

Great place. The only thing I guess I can't stand is when the budtender is not 100% honest. I don't know if one has ever said that a product was not very good. I know they all do it. However, with the sealed bag lameness the state requires we are reliant on these budtenders to be knowledgeable. There are a few dudes that know their stuff and then a couple of pretty faces that don't. Overall this is my go-to spot.
