I am leaving a review for this dispensary because I have bought a couple of products from them most recently I bought a disposable from them and it was working fine for exactly one night. I put it on the charger for a little while the next day went to work, came back, and expected it to be charged. it was not charged, and it just continued to blink and blink and blink. After some time, I realized that it wasn’t a low battery causing it to blink. The next day I decided to take it to the dispensary and ask them what could be the problem. They acted confused and shrugged their shoulders and said that their hands were tied, they couldn’t do a refund they couldn’t do an exchange or even do anything to fix it. They told me that I could use the oil that was left. If I buy a product it should work and it should continue working for some time. I should not have to find a way to use the oil. Sell good, quality, functioning products to keep customers and think about being more flexible with your customers as well and maybe you’ll keep them for longer. Go somewhere else, and don’t waste your money, you’ll have better luck with any other dispensary.

Place has good prices, but their ATM charges are pretty lame. I got charged 2.75 at the time for the withdrawal, and a separate 2.50 charge showed up from the same machine later that day. Totally still gonna use these folks, just not touch their ATM machines.

it seems like online listings and labels differ from in store. ordered what was labeled as indica online, however when i picked up my order and checked at home it's sativa. thought i could exchange it but the receipt says no refunds or exchanges, so i'm SOL because of a store mistake. i'm going to stick to a place that has a return policy and won't come back here. two stars because the new location is a nicer building, but too many people hang out on the property and it made it very uncomfortable to walk in at night.

I went there for the first time yesterday. The store is huge, and a large selection of products. When I'm in town this will be my new spot. The woman that helped me was very pleasant and took her time helping me. ( Didn't rush me) I found out later she was the owner. Great store, positive vibs.

Would be 1-star, but there are some good deals. Weird vibes. Somehow this place is worse than the old location. Budtender looked strung out. "Security" guy checked my receipt and my bag on the way out. Wouldn't bother me, but it is kinda dumb when everything is behind glass or the counter.
