I started working with Elsa August 31, 2023, and providing my 6 month update. I found Golden Health a few years ago and it changed my life. I was having life threatening health issues that the cardiologists could not diagnose. I found Elsa and, based on my symptoms and later confirmed from her comprehensive tests, I found out I had Lyme carditis and lots of other issues as I had been undiagnosed for 10 years. I followed her comprehensive and customized regimin and within 6 months I was feeling like a completely different person. I recommend her to all of my friends because she is able to bring her extensive scientific background and her deep knowledge of the human system to make huge changes in people’s health.
