The CBD Shoppe
One star because they are NEVER open. Their Google states they are open at 12pm and it is currently 1:20pm on a Thursday and they are NOT open. Don’t waste your time finding parking for an establishment that cannot abide by their hours. I really wish they would close down and allow a better establishment to rent that space.

This shop offers quite an assortment of CBD products. I found some of them personally beneficial to promote overall relaxation. There was even coffee being sold at this shop containing CBD. I personally would take these products somewhat sparingly, especially if being fully alert in order to drive a vehicle or operate machinery safely would become necessary.

Absolutely cannot rely on them being open even if it’s during their hours of operation and the “OPEN” sign is on. It’s the second time this has happened to me. I guess they can’t afford to pay enough staff to actually be open so they prob won’t be around long. Extremely disappointed; hopefully another place will open up soon in the same area.

First of all, trying to find parking in downtown Norfolk is a pain, so when you arrive thinking they are open because the open sign is lit and the hours of operation says they are open but doors are closed and no one answers the phone, is very very disappointing. We saw 3 other people try to go in also. If you don't want business, just say so.
