Green Health Docs - Salt Lake City
Green Health Docs specializes in medical cannabis certifications/cards for patients in the state of Utah. Patients are able to see one of our doctors and become a legal medical cannabis patient! Once approved by a Green Health doctor, then the patient can go to a dispensary to purchase cannabis.
I have been with green health for a year now and each time I see a different provider. If I recall last time i was told my third time renewing I shouldn't have to go all the way to SLC. Green health should make it more accessible for patients to do video appointments cause you guys never actually keep the same providers that long? So it's really unfair to set patients up for future appointments where they're forced to go into office each and every time. There's actually one place that allows you to do online appointments for the same price as green health. They said it was the state that prevents them but I wonder why this other place is able to do online appointments without needing you to come in. Anyway just my share, they have very nice staff. But I wish you guys would make it easier for patients, considering you switch out providers like candy

SCAM. Paid $150 for renewal in April, 8 months later still no updated card. paid another $39, for a state fee and no still no paperwork been submitted since my first visit. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. office is in a a vacant plaza, with paper signs in the window. 🗑️

I have tried to schedule my renewal appointment with these people FOUR TIMES. Every single time, on the day of my scheduled appointment, they call me and tell me that their doctors didn't show up to work that day so they have to reschedule my appointment. So apparently their doctors can't show up to work and you'll never actually be able to keep an appointment. Do not try to work with these people, they will take your money and never give you an appointment.
