Very nice selection of THC products, from vapes to edibles. Staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable, especially since I'm new to this kind of recreational activity. Update!!! Just had a wonderful experience with Louis!!! He was very respectful, fun to talk to, had lots of knowledge about the products, and was patient in answering every question I had. As I said before, I'm new to this, and I honestly spent close to an hour there inquiring about different products, and not once did I feel like he was bothered by me. He genuinely seemed happy to help me and definitely helped me make the right choice in my purchase.

So I have to share my 5 star experience with this specific Vape City shop today. I've visited this one many times before today and my experience has always been A+. Employees are helpful and friendly. However, today, Mr. Lewis showed out for the company he's employed by, taking a leap above his duty as a shop clerk and really bringing customer service to a whole new level for me. I had bought a disposable here about a week ago. I always check my vape out to ensure it works before I walk out of the store so that I don't have to come back if I get home and it doesnt. They have a 24 hour return policy if there are issues with it in that time period. Well for the very first time in about a year of buying vapes here I had a vape that went bad after the 24 hour period. Well I haven't been able to return due to my schedule for nearly a week now and today had the time to go in. Honestly I wasn't expecting much because their policy is pretty firm. But since I never bring vapes back in and have been a return customer for quite some time I figured why not try to get it exchanged. I went in and was greeted by Lewis. Have never seen him before. I shared my story and showed him the vape. The green light was still on for the juice monitor but taking a puff from the device tasted like burnt cotton. it was gross and clearly broken. This happened right after the 24hour period. He explained their policy and I told him that I understood that but was hoping that maybe a manager could make an exception. I don't get paid for another few days and I've been without a vape which I really shouldnt have to be if the product worked correctly. It's obviously not his fault. But he felt my frustration and decided that he wanted to help me out. He reached into his pocket and pulled out a vape. It was nearly brand new. He extended his hand to me and offered it to me in exchange for the broken one I had purchased from them. I said no at first but he convinced me and I'm grateful because I now have a vape to use until payday. He diddnt have to do that. But he did. Out of the kindness of his heart. That was super awesome. His words "no worries man, my job is to help you, that's what I'm here for." Man saved the day for certain. I really appreciate the action and I had to come share my experience because employees don't take pride in their jobs like this often these days and this dude really made me glad I'm a customer at this location. Thanks Lewis. I'll pay it forward some day man. Hope your boss sees this and knows that he's got a good one with you.

Everytime I've gone to any Vape City I've had a pleasant time. This location specifically makes me feel good from the moment I enter the building, to the second I leave. Very good customer service. Very friendly. Very helpful. 🙌🏻🖤✨10/10 would recommend.
