I've been riding the struggle bus to dreamland for what feels like forever, but this past week has been a whole new snooze fest – in the best way possible. Thanks to this magic potion (tincture), I've been catching Z's like a pro. Just a little bit of this stuff before bed, and I'm out like a light.
