I usually get great service at this shop, but today I bought a cart I swear someone already smoked out of. The bottom plastic tip to cover the cart insert was missing and the cart has a little missing from it already. Like I said, I usually get great service so I'll more than likely be back but tell your employees to stop getting high on their own supply lol

I visited Cloud 69 to purchase some adult toys, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The store is clean, well-organized, and has an impressive selection. I called first, looking for the Stundenglass 360 hookah, was told yes, they have it. Regular price is $550, they gave me a 20% discount. So I went all the way across town, and I purchased the display model. To get the 10-year warranty, you need to scan the q code and the serial number on the side of the box. Neither one was on the box that I have, nor is the manufacturers name. I emailed the company and they told me that the one I bought was a counterfeit and it's already leaking smoke and water. So there is no warranty. I paid full price, -20 percent for a fake. I have been calling this business every day for a week now, and the owner has failed to communicate with me. It didn't even come with all the stuff it's supposed to come with. The sales girl was fantastic, but they had better do something about this or I may take them to small claims court. I paid that much money you better believe it's going to be authentic. They have an authentic one up on the shelf, but they said it doesn't have any tubes with it. So they gave me the stickers that come with the authentic one, and I did not get the cleaning kit that should come with it. Fake all the way around.
