***edit*** Came back in to the store on Sunday 3/24, and am very glad that I did. I had wanted to give it one more shot since I love this store so much, and was kindly greeted by the manager. He was extremely professional, and explained the situation and the changes they have been going through. The employee I had previously had a bad experience with is no longer working there, and after speaking with the manager I'm happy to say that the situation has been rectified. Thank you, Rock N' Roll It! Would rate 0 stars if possible. Have been frequenting this location for 2 years now, often times several times a week. We have always had great experiences with Kate and Yasmeen; but after coming in today and meeting the new staff, I don't think we'll be coming back. We were greeted by a new staff member, and asked for two salt nic products with a sign right next to them that said "Buy one, Get one Free." Cool. Upon checking out the promo isn't coming up, so we switch to another product that once again has a promo advertised. Total still isn't adding up. The girl admits she has no idea what's going on but that they just must not be on sale, and she can't speak with her manager or honor the advertised promotion. She informs us that everything is a mess and that's why they let go of all the old staff, yet we have never had issues coming here until now. It wasn't a mess before, but certainly is now from this customers perspective.

Today was a great night because Jacob helped us a lot with the coils and vapes. And we are so happy to get a good vape! Is good to have a good advisor with good sense of humor and he prepared our vape . He is the best for sure! ask for Jacob!

If you go into the store, and Jacob happens to be working, make sure you say hi and offer him a smile. You see, Jacob is a different kind of Human. He is somebody that took the time to go above and beyond his job description to accommodate me because he couldn’t accommodate me. I know that doesn’t make sense but it’s beside the point… when he saw that I was disappointed about something that he had no control over, he went out of his way to provide customer satisfaction that I have not seen a person ever do…sort of the equivalent of offering somebody the shirt off your back. Thanks, Jacob, Because my life has been tough lately, and I’ve been meeting a lot of apathetic and just downright unfriendly people. So your gesture of kindness, and your desire that I don’t leave the store disappointment pretty much Guaranteed the store a lifetime customer. I imagine with that kind of intuitive empathy, you have a lots of mountains you’ll be moving in this life. Also, please thank the hiring manager for his wisdom in hiring you and then call your mom and dad and thank them, for raising an amazing guy! Peace.

Bought a vape which was highly recommended by the employee/manager on duty. When I was checking out, I asked for an itemized receipt just in case I didn’t like it. Came back the very next day to return it with the receipt cause it was not what I was expecting and the employee on duty let me know all sales were final which was not relayed at all at the time of purchase and if I wanted to come back at 4pm and speak to Jake the manager I could. I live all the way across town and won’t be able to do so. I have always had a good experience here until today. I won’t be a returning customer due to lack of communication and rude staff.
