I really wanted to give this business a try. Today I called and spoke with the owner about an issue that I encountered earlier this week when stopping by the shop. I explained that I stopped by during normal business hours and it appeared that no one had been there. I then proceeded to call the phone number listed and was hung up on twice. This person apologized then proceeded to ask what he could help with. As I went on to explain, that I just wanted to be sure what the current hours were so that I could stop by again. I was then hung up again. Not sure what’s going on, but wanted to share that this was a very disappointing experience. Especially considering all of the great reviews regarding this company’s great customer service.
