The clerk was very kind and helped me find the perfect vape flavor by eliminating the flavors I don’t like. He made the selection clear and detailed so I knew exactly what I wanted. Knowing that the owner has a diverse culture makes me appreciate this new addition to Houston even more. He offers friendly conversation about himself and there’s lots to learn from such a gentleman. He also allowed me to test the product before leaving and offered to give me a different vape if the one I purchased did not work.

I was so ripped off by this company and store. I purchased some quickfix there and had to pay $43 for it. I later went to another shop and it it was only only $29.95. I feel so hurt because I cannot trust this company and they took advantage of me. I’m a single mom struggling already. I don’t need some body to inflate the price so high just because I wanted it and needed it

UPDATE: Sales clerk contacted me after my review offering to swap out the device if I remove the review. I said I wanted a refund since 1) it was a few weeks after the purchase and 2) I’d already seen him put the defective silver one back in the cabinet, and the red one I bought was also defective. He said he’d check with his manager and get back to me in 2 days. That was >3 weeks ago! But the good news is I’ve found several other smoke shops within blocks that offer MUCH better customer service. Bomdiggidy across I-10 is great!! Very disappointed. Sales staff was friendly but the store has poor business practices. After shopping there for a couple of months, I bought a vape. The associate showed me a silver one, but it didn’t work. It wouldn’t power on even after he charged it a while. He said he’d order another silver one and call me when he had it. I never got a call. I finally went back. The silver one was in the case, and I asked if it was the broken one since I wanted silver. He confirmed it was. So I bought the red one. It didn’t work. It powered on but wouldn’t burn. I took it back, and the same associate had me test it in front of him. He even called his manager on FaceTime to see that it didn’t work. They said they’d get back to me on it. The associate even gave me his number so we could coordinate on the replacement. After several days, he said he was still waiting on the boss. I asked for a refund instead and was told they have no return policy. I won’t do business with a company that sells me a $100+ product and doesn’t stand behind what they sell……. esp when they put knowingly defective products back in the case for sale. It’s too bad bc the store is convenient for me, but I’ll be shopping at one of the other stores in my area from now on.

When I walked in they immediately assisted and allowed for me to try some batteries out. They were so kind and made sure I was comfortable with my choice. Highly recommend! They had so much. It was also nice and super clean!
