BEST smoke shop I’ve ever been to. Conveniently closes at midnight and the staff is extremely knowledgeable on their product. Haris, Gabby, and Adam are extremely friendly and always help me find the right product! LADIES if you’re looking for a piece, they always have the best glass selection and “paraphernalia” that’s actually cute.

Best shop I’ve shopped at, they have an endless selection of vapes and smoking accessories and an impressive amount of knowledge on their products. They always greet me with a smile when I come in , they never seem to have a “bad day “ and even remembered my usual order so this will be the only smoke shop I give business to… 10/10 would recommend.

After a recent visit to Cloud Chaserz on the evening of 3/28/2024, I regret to say that I will not be returning. (Customer since 2021) My experience was marred by the unprofessional behavior of the employee working that evening. Upon entering the shop to purchase vapes, I witnessed a chaotic scene as a cart filled with vials inexplicably toppled over. It was evident that a customer had just left the store with similar vials moments before the incident occurred. Naturally, I made a comment to my partner about the coincidence, only to be met with extreme rudeness from the clerk on duty. Instead of addressing our concerns or offering assistance, the clerk dismissed us and seemed more interested in chatting with acquaintances who were visiting the store. Despite our attempts to seek help at the counter, we were blatantly ignored. The lack of professionalism and customer service displayed by the employee was unacceptable. As a result, I feel compelled to share my disappointment with others considering patronizing this establishment. I urge management to address these issues promptly to avoid further negative experiences for customers in the future.
