I'm sure these people are nice enough when they respect you. But don't expect respect from the store owner here. I came in to return this broken vape. I charged it for no more than 2 hours but it still would not work. I went to return the item two days later, where an employee told me to come back later in the week to work something out with the owner. I returned Wednesday, and was told again by the same employee that the owner would be in on Friday. Again, I waited. I came in today (Friday) and the owner is there. I explained my problem and she opened up the package. I realized I had forgotten the charger at home and said "I can go get it". But before I turned away to leave, the owner asks for the cartridge. I told her that upon opening the box at home, I found that there was no cartridge. In fact, I thought this was curious myself and investigated further, where I read on the pamphlet it came with that the "cartridge [was] not included". I accepted this and just tried to use another American Shaman brand cart but it wouldn't work even with the adapters because the vape is broken. I explained this to her and she was POSITIVE that the cart had come with it and was saying that she personally checks herself. This can't be true because it would have been there and the pamphlet in the picture provided shows that it is not included. I just let her keep my money and the broken vape. None of that is worth my patience and time. It was just so insulting to be called a liar by a person who doubles down on an incorrect statement. I wasn't trying to screw you out of a cartridge/mouth peice. I just wanted an even exchange and to keep supporting your business. Edit: The owner had agreed to an even exchange and I was OK with that. But then she started to press me on the cartridge not being in the box after I already told her I had never received it.

I believe Andrea is the store owner. She is absolutely the most pleasant person; knowledgeable of her products, with superior customer service. She genuinely cares for her customers’ well-being. I highly recommend this shop!

I went there today and spoke with Undrea(I probably didn't spell correctly). She gave me lots of information as well as explained the different products she had at the store. She was an absolutely wonderful person to talk with. Since I am just now first trying her products I can't review them, but I can say that from my conversation with her there are a lot of quality assurances. I highly recommend trying this place out.

Andrea is always so helpful in answering my questions regarding the products in the store. I buy our dog's Mobility treats for her arthritic hips. It's a great product and I like to buy local when I can.

Audrie is a very kind, knowledgeable, great customer service & time to explain each item in details. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who has chronic pain. He does have any more pain!!!!!
