Summer (might have spelled wrong) and Jay were extremely helpful for all my needs! I explained what I was looking for and they were immediately able to point out multiple options. I appreciated the judgement fee zone paired with quick knowledge. The 3 of us were able to find exactly what I needed in a timely manner. Not to mention, the store was very organized. I ended up being sold on products I didn't intend on buying because they were both passionate about the products. I've been to hundreds of smoke/ vape shops, but this is one I'll recommend to others, 10/10. Please ask for summer & Jay!

This business sells products that about to expire and won't exchange or return. I have been a customer of this establishment for almost two years until today. I purchased hookah tobacco and noticed they are about to expire in 2 months (10/2023) a few minutes later I left the shop. I returned immediately and asked to exchange the product. Despite they had the same brand, same price, but different flavor product, they refused to exchange. The bearded guy who presented himself as a store manager, with zero enthusiasm and empathy repeated the same "it's the law, my system won't allow exchange the product" may be five times. My questions about customer loyalty and satisfaction were hitting the brick wall. I still couldn't get my answer to the question why they sell products on the shelf as regular products without any notice tricking customers to buy lower quality good for full price. I won't be returning to this establishment.
