If you have any problems I highly recommend texting the number listed. I've used the machine in the past for vapes and it's been super convenient. Only one time have I had a mishap with a larger packaged item vending and the issue was cleared up within a day. I'd say those are decent odds. I couldn't sleep so I wondered over to a kiosk in the middle of the night and low and behold the owner was there fixing the machine! He led me through the entire buying process and got me the product I needed to knock me out for the night. *EDIT* wow. Strong and good. Went to sleep immediately.
