On Monday the 19th, my girlfriend and I stopped by. I just had surgery, so I didn't go in. Just gave her an idea of what I wanted. God bless Gavin,  and give him a bonus.  We went to a vape shop prior to Mr. Tobacco & Vapor because it was closer to my friend's house. Upon walking in we told the owner that we were new and we needed help, and the gentleman pointed to a chart. So we left the one that was close to my friend's house and drove 20 min to check out Mr. Tobacco and Vapor. We said the same thing upon entering, and Gavin multi-tasked while helping his current customer greeted us and told us that he would be with us in a moment. He proceeded to invest his time and knowledge into helping us while still managing a very busy shop. His customer service and knowledge is what sold over $200 of product that day and now will have repeat customers so thank you! I also appreciated the customer base was diverse, the mental health customers were diverse, and all the employees showed respect and kindness to everyone! I appreciated the thorough explanation about cbd as well as suggestions especially for those of us who deal with depression,  anxiety,  anger management,  lethargy, and social anxiety. I feel I could trust this shop also. Gavin made sure to express he checks the validity and authenticity of the cartridges. Even though Gavin was our main person to help us, everyone worked together for a pleasant experience. Again, will be a repeat customer. 💙
