For me, the most important thing about a vape shop is the staff. They should be knowledgeable in what they are selling, know what's new in stock and hardware, and give recommendations on what they sell based on popularity or experience. This is the only shop in Pittsburgh I've found in the past 4 years that has all 3 with each and every employee there. They know what flavors they carry, they know what hardware (coils, pods, mods etc.) I need, and I'm always in and out in about 3 minutes. This shop, to me, is the definition of a great vape shop.

Absolute joke. The employees will specifically hand you items that they say will work. When you find out they don’t work they refuse refunds. Joke of a store. If you are going to have a no refund policy, maybe actually train your employees correctly.

This is my go-to Vape Shop. I'm never disappointed when I leave there. The employees are so knowledgeable about thier products that they know exactly what you would like or need one you ask. I never go out 88 so i have to make a special trip just to go here and it's worth it! Trust me you wont go anywhere else once you shop here! These boys are great!
