All though electric lettuce is usually a very awesome place, unfortunately this location specifically, they had me waiting for the longest time. They only had teo costumers and they were being attended, as I was waiting patiently, I kept looking around at their product and kept looking at the time. 20 minutes have pass at this point and they had already finished their transactions with the customers but kept making conversation with them, I kept waiting patiently and then 15 more minutes had pass by and the 2 ladies that were the bud tenders kept making conversation to the clients, at this point they had a line and had no intentions of stopping their mindless conversation with these two guys. So I left, worst customer service I have ever had at one of these. Never again will I be coming back to this location. I suggest you don’t ether.

Joseph was super personable and really patient with me while trying to pick out multiple items, and also very intelligent with each strain and gave me his best recommendations since I'm new to dispensaries. 10/10 staff is welcoming and will be coming back again.

I’m not one to leave a bad review usually I just go about my business because anyone can have a bad day but after having literally one of the worst & unprofessional customer service experiences I’ve ever had i feel obligated to do so! Last week in the early day time hours I stopped @ this location to receive a “Passport Stamp” for GroundWorks aka Electric Lettuces current 5-6wk promotion when first I was told I need to make a purchase to receive a stamp. Oddly this was after not only my home store TV-hwy (fyi I love that location) told me you didn’t have to but a shop on Denny not only explained I didn’t have to (& that would be they weren’t a bit offended I don’t make a purchase. After debating this not only did the budtender (a young women) fake the action of stamping my passport (believe me when I noticed I turned around to go back!) the manager decided to chime in when I returned with “you could at least buy a $4 pre-roll”!!! Are you serious? That’s garbage & not my style! I’m no cheap skate I’m more then certain I’ve spent more then $8k w/this company since 2020. This is easy for old customers to figure because their old rewards system clearly showed these fugures!!! I will never visit this shop again nor will I recommend this location to anyone! I will actually go out of my way to share this experience whenever suit fit!!!
