I drove all the way from Hillsboro to find out they were bought by a company and all their prices have changed. They no longer have the 2ozdeal for $96 so no point in shopping here! And the $2/g there didn’t have anything to pick from. Literally just crumbs. Back to kaleafa.

I have been coming to this place for years and have always had an excellent experience. The staff, in general, are always very friendly and happy and welcoming. Today, unfortunately, every person who worked in here was rude and offputting and aggressive. I got scolded for calling someone about a product that was out of stock and looking to find a replacement. I was told that I had to go outside the store to talk on the phone. It’s not that I had to go outside to talk on the phone, it’s the manner in which the person addressed the issue. I’m unfortunately leaving the store today with a very unhappy feeling and I don’t know if I will come back here again. With many other opportunities to buy recreational medicine, I will probably check other places. I am now headed over to Northwest cannabis company since they have been much friendlier than the staff here today. Too bad Challis.

Ordered a curbside pick-up and drove up with exact change. The order was more expensive than the website had said. When I asked why that was, the budtender got annoyed with me, shrugged, and basically said it is what it is take it or leave it. This has never happened to me at Nectar, so I will be avoiding curbside at Chalice from now on.
