Stopped by to get oil for my elderly dog. Store associate was friendly and provided helpful suggestions. After that I'd just buy the same product online as they have coupons and shipping over $99 is free. The quality seems to be good - at least my dog is not complaining and his arthritic pain is much better.

Just had a total knee replacement and was on crutches....did a drive-by and got door-to-door (car door) service.....the owner just wanted to make me happy, informed me about the different aspects of the product I was interested in...funny, personable, light-hearted, especially when the "vibe" on this day happened to be a little "tense"!!!!!
