My husband and I are from the deep South and its been on our bucket list to go to Oregon and see all the sites and chill. We hit up about 8 different stores by Eugene and other cities. Diamond Cannabis was one if not the best dispensaries we went to. Most of the people at the other dispensaries rushed us and did not explain things well. Diamond made sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed. I definitely recommend this dispensary to anyone!

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and the place is clean. But a Veterans discount is ONLY APPLIED TO 1 PRODUCT BEING PURCHASED. They do not have a PROPER order system to order the products you need. The management isn't so great, the Floor staff is great and knowledgeable. But the fact that we can not get a CONSISTENT MEDICAL product for my medical conditions. We even attempted to ORDER it, but the order form kept going MISSING....and they NEVER have the product we NEED/ORDERED ON THEIR ORDER FORM 3 TIMES NOW. So, the last straw was a screwed up "Veterans discount" that isn't posted and isn't how ANY VETERANS DISCOUNT HAS EVER BEEN APPLIED AT ANY TYPE OF PLACE Buyer be ware. Veterans.....ONLY 1 ITEM WILL BE DISCOUNTED. We will not be getting our meds from here again.

I was looking for clones and called around to a few different dispensaries but none but Diamond had any. When I went in, they had a large selection of different strains and all were in excellent condition and cheaper than any other place I checked. On top of that, the (very attractive) employee that helped me showed me the rest of their products and I bought a few other items. All were great quality and priced under what was expected. I will definitely go back to this place for cannabis needs
