I go there very very often. After trying literally every other dispensary around Top Crop is the only one I will give business to. They're super chill and respectful. They help the customer to their fullest. Their bud tenders are on point with everything. And their prices are gtreat. I went in yesterday and the bud tender Jackson was very helpful and glad to see Dane is still there keeping things flowing. Best quality around. Don't believe me try it for yourself.

This is customer service review. I went in on Wednesday January 31st at 10:40am. The girl that helped me gave me what I wanted but after I gave her my medical card she handed it right back. I didn't realize til I got home she never gave me my discount. I guess it's always good to get a receipt.

I went to get WYLD CBD/CBN gummies to help me sleep because they advertise 40% off of this product on Fridays and Saturdays. They were out so I go a CBD soda (also WYLD) since she seemed genuinely sorry that they were out of the product I came in for. She told me it would be $2.50. As soon as she handed me my change, she ran off to the next customer. As I was walking out the door, I looked at my receipt. Not only had she not applied the discount, but there was a $3 surcharge. So I ended up paying $8.00 for a soda you can buy at most corner stores. Between the ditziness and the ridiculous surcharge, I can’t recommend this place.

The product quality is always consistently outstanding but I do keep coming back for the amazing customer service their team member Breanna is second to none, she is full of fun energy and very knowledgeable in all the products, she is also so patient with me as a tend to want to look at multiple strands. Great place over all !

My first time visiting Top Crop was to Raise Funds for our nonprofit but never went to the back section where the products are displayed. Yesterday a friend & stopped by & found it to be very beautiful & the customer service was excellent even though I forgot my Debit card pin & couldn’t support.
