As someone who's commuted and came to the farmacy faithfully for years I can say I am very disappointed. The new owner asked why I haven't been in for awhile and I didn't even know what to say to not be disrespectful. You jacked up the price of my tincture, you have things on the shelf not in the system and refuse the sale...I get you can't sell it but that's unfortunate to both you and the customer. But to top it all off why you've lost our business is you've ran off every decent bud tender you've ever had...after letting Brian and his dad go we are letting you go farmacy, we will take our Benjamin's else where.

I don't know if the new owner is getting bad advice or straight up being conned but what the hell is going on. I've been going to the shop faithfully for a few years and they've always had an amazing selection with great price variations. While the sale of the business was taking place they pretty much liquidated everything which sucked but was understandable. When they reopened they had stocked two companies products heavily on multiple shelves and that was pretty much it. Don't get me started on the $34 bag of cake balls that only have 100 mg, you can literally get $6 gummy the same strength. It literally feels like whoever is running the shop now has never stepped foot in another dispensary in town. I honestly don't see this place lasting to the end of the year unless they get their old spirit back. Last time I went they did have these cool pulsar batteries that actually use type-c charging though. That and the fact that the people working there are super nice and informed are the only reason I'm putting two stars. They need to go back to the way it was 8 or so months ago when I was actually excited to visit. Best advice I could give is listen to the people running the industry from the ground level and that place gives a Bodega vibes, run with that if you want to change something.
