Incentivized reviews. Offering free samples in exchange for a review, a high-star one. The store is nice and staff knowledgeable. Not pushy from sales side, which is good. The CBD is very expensive, but not a big deal. What kind of was a deal breaker - they offer a free sample, with a caveat of a Google review. The staff literally watches you do it. Look at the average rating of this store. It's nearly 5.0 in over 2,000 reviews, which alone is suspect. Then look at individual reviews - vast majority are from people where this is their only review. If your only rating (or 1 of 2 reviews) is at a place where I've seen an exchange of free gift for a 5 star review, those ratings are now meaningless. I'm not sure how that's not against Google's terms. This turned a decent experience into a bit of a sham in my mind.

We love the SunMed products we have! We have used the tinctures, lotion, powder additives and pet products. The staff at this location are fantastic and always so knowledgeable and helpful! If you have no experience with CBD products or lots, it’s the perfect place to go. The store is set up like a fancy boutique or spa so there is no weird dark, back room type setting. Stop by and check it out!
