Bought a Tsunami -> Didn't work -> Contacted Tsunami Support and was told to return/exchange -> Store doesn't offer return/exchange because of the Tsunami life-time warranty. I was specifically told that I would be able to bring it back within 30 days of purchase. Tsunami won't do anything since I was sold a faulty product and keep telling me to take it back. The store won't exchange or refund me so I'm screwed. - Store was very clean, very friendly the first time when I bought it. Not so much the second time when trying to return it. Take care when you're going to buy something.

They told me I could not enter without a mask even though I have a medical condition they said I could curbside like I know what cigars they have inside there will never go back again for that discrimination

I know the people who work at the austintown store. They are really nice. And for a smoke shop , they have the best selection. Of vape juice ( E-Liquid ) and mods.

Valley Tabacco is a good place. And for vape products. The have the best selection of E-LIQUID & Mods. Other smoke shops can't compete with Valley Tabacco on vaping products. Not even close!
