I recently went to Bolton’s for two immunizations and felt compelled to write a review. I love that they are a hometown pharmacy with local employees. They always have been warm and inviting, and this time was as expected. Colleen was great, was helpful and informative. Her injection technique was seamless. Thank you all once again.

Cassandra has been extremely helpful in getting my parents set up with pill packs. My parents live out of town and having pill packs is going to help them a great deal. Cassie has been wonderful. I would recommend them to everyone.

I've been using Bolton's for years and can't imagine switching. The staff at Bolton's are always friendly with great service...One person in particular always goes above and beyond for me. Melissa, if you read this, you don't know how much I appreciate all the hard work you do for me! Most of the time she'll have my prescriptions all filled before I even call. Makes my stressful situation a little easier to deal with. Not sure if she'll even see this but just want to say thank you to Bolton's staff and her especially.

My wait time today, both times, was very long. The pharmacist who handled my return when I came back with an unwanted item was very rude and gave me a lot of attitude even though I was honest, straightforward, and apologetic for his time. I purchased a bottle of off-brand Allegra (fexofenadine) for about $37. After thinking about it, I decided the medication was too expensive and I didn't need it so I brought it back, unopened and in the same condition, for return. The pharmacist initially refused my return and he told me it is illegal for them to accept returns or refund me for the medication. After looking it up, I have not been able to find any New York State legislation that designates fexofenadine as a controlled substance or mandates pharmacies to refuse unwanted and unopened over-the-counter medications. I came back in and insisted that I had done nothing to the medication, and needed the money back. Without confirming return, the pharmacist finally gave in and scanned the item for return before giving me a cash refund, in a very annoyed way, as if I was inconveniencing him for changing my mind and bringing back the product in its original packaging with the receipt. He then walked away without another word to me and threw the product away. This is a sad experience for me with the pharmacist as the last employee I picked up a prescription from was very kind and polite, but after being treated in such a callous and unprofessional way and given misinformation by one of your pharmacists, I no longer feel comfortable sending my prescriptions here.

I was looking for a new place to send my prescriptions. My doctor practices in 2 states, he travels. They won’t fill your prescription if your doctor is able to work in another state. This is wrong! I’ve been with my doctor for many of years and he’s a great doctor! You should be ashamed of yourselves!
