I dont understand why so many negative reviews this place is absolutely awesome the staff the flowers the edibles, are all great Norm is amazing i always ask him for suggestions on what flowers to get and he has never failed me with his decisions.. To me personally this is one of the best dispensaries around .. ive been to empire cannabis and cannabis culture thats around the area honestly the way they run their business sucks! In empire u need a monthly memberships so on top of buying flowers or w.e i have to pay for a monthly membership fee thats insane to me HELL NO! Or if not a day pass which is still horrible thats extra money being wasted for no reason when it could go towards your purchases instead And cannabis culture just gives me non authentic vibes and customer service there is horrible.

The team here is so educated and smart - and the flower can be viewed under a magnifying light so you can see the real deal. I’ve tried 15 shops in Manhattan - this is run by the best people. There’s no membership fee, no quietly taking overpriced cannabis out a can from the back room, no trying to sell you nasty cannabis that most of these smoke shops have. This is real quality cannabis. Beware the many smoke shops selling you fake stuff. Visit The Spot NYC first, you will not be disappointed. The Spot: I loved your house pre-roll. Please make us a pack of them or give a deal for buying multiple. The flower is great and I don’t have to roll!! In California I can 10 for $50. Hook it up!!

Does not sell THC products, as mentioned by the majority of their Google reviews. I purchased a 1g pre-roll, which had little to no THC. The next day, I went back to discuss this. I didn't want a refund, I just wanted to let them know (in case they were unaware). When I politely asked about my purchase, the old woman was very dismissive and argumentative. Based on other reviews (and their petty replies to them), I'm assuming she was so aggressive because she knows they're not selling THC, and she's comfortable with defrauding people. Do not shop here if you want actual THC. They will be out of business within a year. You can get oregano for a fraction of the price.

Place opened up about 3 weeks ago and it's a cannabis dispensary that is managed by a group of friends that promote and share the love of cannabis. I love the sofas and the ability to just sit down and enjoy the menu. There is actually a menu of known growers and their products. Only time will tell for how far it reaches and the customers it attracts. Still new and fresh and little empty but that is expected

Purchased 2g of concentrate on a whim since the price seemed too good to be true, and that was definitely the case. Tasted like burnt plastic, which is likely due to residual sulfur in product or nasty pesticides/fungicide used on starting material. There was also some sort of plant material mixed in w/ the concentrate, but that was the least of my concerns. Whatever they’re selling is not safe to consume, beware!
