This dispensary has taken a turn for the worse. They’re always putting small stale buds on the menu and when you ask for the same strain in a 8th they say they’re out which I find hard to believe. I miss Jim. He was great, sincere and so well mannered. This new guy Chris treats patients as customers and not medicinal patients. He has an attitude and walk around like I have the final say. I remember when Chris was just an associate and I think he’s let the title get to his head. Last 4 visits were just horrible experiences and I see others also have the same experience. Love the staff, and the pharmacist but rise could choose a better manager with better people skills. It’s sad to see this dispensary go from what it was to what it is. I hope corporate notices these reviews and will take the proper steps to put a better manager in place.

Had the best experience at this location and being taken care of by Chris! He genuinely cares about his patients and just an overall great person! Huge shoutout to the entire staff and pharmacists, as well - what an amazing team!!! I definitely recommend this location and will be back.

10/10 this place is amazing from the staff up to the manager Chris very helpful always with a super positive attitude the staff is amazing They always answer every single question. There’s no rush if any device is defective they work with you to find a solution they’re super easy to speak to. It really makes me feel comfortable. The selection that they have is unbelievable no medical dispensary could match rise dispensary Quality of products they are also the only medical dispensary in New York that has wax do not use butane as part of the procedure, which is super healthy for you thank you for providing the best medicine in the market, I hope to see more store opening soon keep up the amazing work.
