I went up to the shop to buy a few things around 10:00 to find out the shop was closed. It says online it’s open until 11:00, there was also a blinking open sign on the outside and the hours listed on the door said open until 11:00 pm. I also so many other potential patrons go up to a locked door too. There was no note on the door. Disappointing

Service leaves something to be desired. The selection is decent, they generally have what you need but that's about it. Nothing stellar or worth mentioning. They're sister store Metropolis in Centereach is worth mentioning. I'd recommend Metropolis if the few miles further west on Rt.25 is an issue.

Awesome place!! Staff that works there knows everything u need to know and answers whatever question u ask. Helpful and polite!! Has a great selection in the Puff Bars plus more!! Went knowing what flavor i wanted n got it. With the help of the guy working there I left very happy n the flavor n brand he highly recommend is without a doubt above more than 👍!!! Mr. Sefa, he know the business and extremely helpful and have in-depth knowledge of the business. Excellent store organized and very very clean. I found Kan-Di Vapes which is additional range and extreme value for money product.
