Just remember I never left a review. I asked for coils, was handed the right brand but the wrong type. I didn’t check and unfortunately I walked to my car before noticing. Upon walking back into the store I was told unfortunately they do not accept refunds or exchanges. Unbelievable. Wish it was the first time. I did the same thing with Ejuice, found out they handed me the wrong strength came back to shop 5 mins later and would not exchange. I know you don’t care but you lost my business and I’m probably spending $40 a week on vape supplies. Never coming to this place again even if I’m passing by.

This place is hilarious. Good products at very high prices. They also used to like to suspend the first amendment and not let me use the word "bong." In a store that sells bongs. Silly uptight conservatives! Sp adorable and foolish. And petty.

Had an amazing experience today purchasing a unique, well priced Vaporizer. Had the pleasure of getting amazing customer service from Dennis and Rebecca! They were extremely helpful and knowledgable! I hope to come back soon!

Always feel rushed. Customer service lacks professionalism. They wrap glass pieces and "don't notice" it was chipped or insist it wasn't chipped and blame the damage on you. Only time I left this shop happy is when they have halo tribeca in stock. Terrible
