This current rating is due to the reoccurring ID scanner issues, which leads to other things. Today during my visit after speaking with the regional manager for this location, Derek, who truly cares about its customers. Management wise at this location it is a training in process, that’s all I can say. Today, what I thought a 5-min visit turned into a 20+ min visit. First time I saw online orders being skipped three times instead of helping those customers first when normally walk-ins are given a lower priority unless a new policy came into effect. If so, can this location please specify what takes priority first? I know it’s been medical, online and then walk-ins. 3 budtenders plus the window one which did not have any cars for a while could also assist when customers are waiting in line. One of the managers, after he finished ringing up the customer who he was helping, he just left his station when people had been waiting in line. Common courtesy would be for him stating “I’ll be right back” He’s young and probably this is the first management job he’s had. The elder lady that assisted me could not find me in the system, plus she gave me the wrong product. It’s okay, no worries, you still did your best and I appreciate your service was outstanding. When I always already annoyed but never disrespectful towards my elders, my mother taught me better. Hopefully this location gets things back on track as before. In the meantime, I welcome you all to visit their Strip location on western ave as well great products and atmosphere, and you are in and out right away!!

good weed, but y’all need to do better with anticipating rushes. shouldn’t be no reason why it’s 7 PM, line going towards the door and y’all only have 3 people working. with 1 person working express. do better.
