Canna Care Docs - Woodbury
BEWARE! Your initial experience setting up your appointment will be great, quick response, taking your payment and Dr's consultation almost too easy. But ANY further attempts to get any needed documentation will be met with endless recorded messages. Their "Patient Portal" is a joke! This is my honest experience and no star review.

They were so professional and courteous when I made the appointment, and when I showed up for my appointment. The office was clean and neat. The front desk staff were very nice and efficient. The doctor was so nice! I always have anxiety, especially when going into a medical marijuana doctor and/or dispensary, but I was put at ease immediately. I would recommend this place to anyone!

The doctor and the staff are very courteous and know what they're talking about. It's really nice to talk to Porsche because she knows exactly what she knows exactly what is going on .. Porsche is extremely knowledgeable.. And a great asset to the company company thank you again

As someone who is very new to this process and was somewhat nervous on how to begin the process in general, CannaCare was wonderful from start to finish. The women on the phones are always nice and ready to guide you through whichever questions you have - I have never even been placed on hold. The patient portal and telemedicine appointment was super easy to navigate and I could tell that the doctor really reviewed my file beforehand. The appointment itself was very quick, and the follow up email came through within an hour of ending my appointment. Portia even called me to make sure I received the email and didn't have any questions. All in all, I highly recommend CannaCare to anyone beginning this process out.

So this is Christmas with a twist! I want to thank Canna Care and my Dctors and Staff for helping me with my all the information that I needed and then helping me with my documents and getting me ready to transition into a new therapy. I am still a novice at this point in time! I just want to Thank Kirsten and Portia along with the rest of this Staff for all their help. Thank You So much.
