I bought the Cotton Candy just to try and noticed a difference within days. It's not a magical cure all nor does it just mask the symptoms, but consistent use leads to overall improvement . What I noticed was: better sleep, specifically being able to go back to sleep; not being as bothered by as many of my typical stressors (it was like giving my patience a little boost); headaches were less frequent and less severe; back aches were simply gone.
