They need to run better deals lately, they have a ton of stock but 85 percent is stuff that's 6 months or more old technology, they have been slower at bringing in the new new products which for a long time they had everything immediately. I work within the industry and I need to get stuff yesterday and while I like them I just wish they would offer more bulk deals and advertise it with a sign, people don't want to ask. I understand costs are higher with brick and mortar. So I'll usually get something here and there and rouge nic pouches for my friend .

Great selection and prices are comparable to other stores in the area. I go there often. My suggestion is to check whatever electronic devices you bought to see if there's any defect before leaving the store or shortly thereafter. They are not so great with returns, especially if some time goes by. You have to bring the defect to their attention right away and be persistent them. The whole vaping device return issue goes on at just about every vape store.

They have a HUGE selection but the quality of the products vary and the pricing is never consistent. I was going here once or twice a week for a couple months because my husband's cigarettes are cheaper and they had disposables I liked and they were 3 for 60 then I was told 25 each, then it changed to 30 each no bulk deal. I found an e juice I liked and that went from 2 for 20 to 20 each then changed to 2 for 30. This store would be 100% better if pricing didn't depend on who was working or what kind of day they were having. I only stop here when I'm in dire need nowadays.

Good place but kinda weird how every time i go the prices change for the same item everytime i go. They need to have all employees knowing the right price. And also need to stop the employees from up charging everthing especially when it has a price on it .
