Listen. Do not buy the chocolate rice crispy treats. Here’s what happens: You eat one, and man they’re tasty. I’m talking perfect amount of crunch and chocolate. Then you feel like you’re on a cloud and definitely want something to munch on. Oh no. You pretended you were healthy at the grocery store, all you have is this dumb apple sauce your husband bought with no added sugar. I’m an adult I deserve the corn syrup, I’m sad about the government! And then you remember those tasty chocolate rice crispy treats and man they sound good. But taking one would be a terrible idea. You can’t do that it’s too far! So then you’re stuck eating your dumb apple sauce with no corn syrup thinking about the chocolate that’s across the room.

I'm writing this review hoping that the owner sees it and takes the necessary steps to make sure this doesn't happen to another customer. I placed an order but was contacted by someone from Greenlight a couple days later to inform me that their website was recently updated with the wrong pricing, and they couldn't process my order at the price I paid. That's fine... I completely understand that things happen, and people make mistakes. While we were on the phone, she offered to process my order with 20% off their regular price. A generous offer, but the correct price of what I ordered was nearly 4X the price that was published on their site when I originally placed the order, so I told her I needed to do some shopping around before agreeing. She said she understood and told me that she would process a full refund. I received an email from Greenlight shortly thereafter indicating that the refund was processed. Unfortunately, the refund never came. A few weeks later I opened a dispute with my credit card. Luckily, I saved the refund email, because even with that as evidence, Greenlight was unresponsive to my credit card company’s inquiries, which resulted in another two week delay in getting the charge removed. I'm not a difficult person, I understand that things happen, and people make mistakes, but it seems like there were several independent incidents of people dropping the ball on this order and maybe some lessons learned are warranted so it doesn't happen to other customers.
