Good products. Robot employees. Tried to point out the kratom I wanted. Employee got mad because I made one step behind the counter. Another day a dude was in line on his phone and an employee told him “no pictures or video!” Done with turning leaf.

I'm sorry little brother but waoooo what an attitude you definitely didn't want to sell me anything, you gave me two invalid excuses not even the policy saves you from this. But it's okay because next to you there is another one and they treat me super and in the other new one what a brutal variety Thanks to your attitude I was able to find out about these sites, very good people, they open everything, good customer service, byeee, I bought it online, it comes out at the same stupid price.

I read the reviews prior to visiting, and all I can say is that there must have been some big changes made here since those other folks visited. Entire interaction, from phone call the day before to check stock on an item, to my visit, the service has been absolutely top notch. I am from out of town, but if I lived here, this would be the place I go. Highly recommend.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff made me feel welcome from beginning to end. But the most amazing part of my experience started after the sale. The following day I realized the credit card I used was missing. I immediately called the store and spoke with Alexis, the Regional Manager. She didn’t simply take a quick look and tell me it wasn’t there, she went above and beyond by asking her staff if they found it all while showing a care and concern that I appreciated. She even offered to keep an eye out for it. This may sound like a small thing but it speaks volumes to me that Alexis and her entire staff make customer service and satisfaction a priority that is rare with many businesses today. We both enjoyed a good laugh when I stopped in to make my next purchase and to personally thank her when I sheepishly told her I found it....IN MY WALLET! I just put it in a different place behind a different card! This experience and of course their quality products at reasonable prices has earned them all of my vaping business for life!
