They have their own line of products including cbd oils and topicals as well as other brands like green roads and pharma cbd. I also enjoyed the flower bar with a nice selection of different strains that you can see and smell before you buy. Love the atmosphere of the store as it’s clean, modern, and spacious. I've been going to Aloha Plus for about two years, and have nothing but great things to say about Eric, unfortunately, I can't say I had the same experience today while he was out of the store. I had a $10 off rewards club coupon to use, however when I got to the register I was told the program had changed a couple of months ago and I now needed 200 points instead of 100 points to get the reward. I reached 100 points in April, and the coupon had already been issued, so I'm not sure how this applied in my instance -- I could understand if I only had 95 points and the program had been changed, but I received the reward when it was still at 100 points, so the coupon should have been valid regardless. The employee working today in Eric's absence was confrontational and even downright rude about my lack of knowledge of their rewards program changing and how I should have come into the store more than once every few months to stay up to date on their new policies which were explained on a small sign by the register. I asked the employee on staff today to provide my feedback to Eric and explain that while changing policies is understandable, revoking previously granted rewards unexpectedly seems like a poor way to keep customers around. He dismissed my feedback and continued to argue that my coupon was invalid until I reached 200 points and that contacting Eric for something so ridiculous was a waste of time. A $10 coupon seems like a strange hill to die on when I'm sure their customer acquisition cost is probably far higher, but on the bright side, I found the exact product I usually buy from this store direct from the manufacturer for about half of what I would have paid. If it weren't for today's experience, I probably never would have looked and would have continued to buy from Aloha Plus even if my "once every few months visits" weren't frequent enough for this employee to consider me worthy of his time.

I can't overemphasize how amazing this place is. I am super old school. My journey started in the late 80's obviously I am brand new to the alphabet soup that is THCp,o,hhc cbds. Billy walked me through it, mindful and respectful. I walked out with the perfect blend of what I needed that fit in the palm of my hand and is disposable. My age Gap caused a small technical issue. After coming back in,it took Billy all of 30 seconds to walk me through. It doesn't matter if you live an hour away it's worth the drive. I drove 30 there passing multiple shops. The look and feel of this place makes you want to walk in and take a nap it's more like a holistic treatment office then a head shop. Super chill I love this place!
