One of the best shops I've been to and I have definitely been to a handful. Not only do they have a rewards program but they also have some of the coolest/chillest people working here. Which is every shop, but this one has unbeatable vibes. Also, one of the few places I can buy a box of rellos and not break my bank. If you're looking for somewhere with a LOT of products, this is your place.

My girlfriend came into the store to purchase a 10mm 90° Terp slurper for our new piece. I was on the phone with her while she was in the store and heard her say 90° multiple times, even heard the employee confirm it. When she gets home it’s a 45°… The package said 45/90° on it so it was understandable why she was confused. We immediately called Coughing Cardinal and explained the situation. The employee named Jess (also the employee who helped my girlfriend) was very rude and far from helpful. Not even offering an exchange for the correct product we asked for, even though it was her mistake. We drove up to the shop and talked to the employee with the long hair and blues beanie. He was very helpful and called his boss to see what he could do. The whole time Jess is standing arms crossed staring at us. When he steps into the back to call him, she stomped back with him. He came out and told us he could exchange it for the correct one. This is how customer service is supposed to be handled. I’ve been shopping here for years and this is my first negative experience. Will be checking out other head shops the next time I need to make a purchase, and will think twice before recommending this place to anyone. Jess needs to relearn customer service and the guy with the beanie deserves a raise!

This is the greatest smoke shop in the st.louis area prices are super reasonable and Michele customer service is unmatched if your in the area stop in and get all your smoke shop needs met. Been coming here for years never once disappointed.
