I had placed my second order through this company's website, so when I saw that one of the goods I had bought was broken, I was a little let down. I then gave the number listed on the website a call, and the gentleman I spoke with was the most kind, informed, professional, understanding, kind, and all of the above. I really wish I could recall his name since he was so exceptional. After going through a few troubleshooting procedures, he gave me the option of a refund or a replacement and reassured me that this kind of scenario is quite uncommon for the vape I bought. He even put me on hold to make sure that verison was still available at the store. Of course, my choice was to have a replacement sent out. He did inform me that there might be a small delay with me receiving the item due to the holidays, but he also stated that he would do his best to get the package sent out today. In less than half an hour after our chat, I got an email with the package specifics and tracking information. Excellent customer service is what I adore! It meant a lot to me that I felt appreciated. To be honest, I was a little hesitant to call because I wasn't sure how the problem would be resolved. But I'm ecstatic that everything was handled so swiftly and well! My business will thus continue to be with this company. My only regret is that I couldn't recall the gentleman's name. Without a doubt, you should do business with this company!
