Hey, my name is Jess. I've been going to this shop for almost 10 years and have experienced the changes with each owner. This place was originally a little awkward to shop, but being an outgoing individual the employees/owners warmed right up. I decided to make this my spot from then on. My primary purchase used to be tobacco/tubes as this shop was by far the cheapest in the area - but I quit smoking and switched to vaping and to my pleasant surprise, they sport the "Menthol Crush" flavor I really dig. The second owners I experienced were a gentleman and 2 younger guys that appeared (or at least seemed) to be brothers. The experience during this period of time started out ok - the owner seemed to be a respectful guy, albeit he wasn't the most friendly or chatty (which is fine, whatever). Honestly, these owners kept things afloat for a few months then things slowly deteriorated and customer service took a back seat. Now, with the new owner - he seems like a positive enthusiastic businessman that has a much more clear picture of customer service and seems to want to encourage repeat business and customer satisfaction. This guy is always there and has a good attitude which is something i appreciate.
