This is my first time at Sarah’s tobacco & I only have good things to say! Had terrific customer service shown to me by an employee named Joshua. He was super helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back many many times due to this. Joshua was a great help & super attentive, i appreciated his help greatly!!

JR was extremely helpful over the phone, when I arrived, and during my time at the store. I’ve been in customer service/sales management for over a decade, and I would hire him in a heartbeat. With this review I would appreciate he gets the correct recognition for how well he does at his job. He shows how much he cares for the shop and the customers. Because of JR I’m going to be coming back and making this my number one store to shop at. Again, I would appreciate he gets recognition for how well he performs at his workplace, pays genuine attention with his customers to make sure they received the correct and best of the product they’re searching for, along with his great attitude and customer service while working. Clean store very organized. Came in last Friday the guy was super helpful and funny, had great suggestions upgrading my new vape and trying new juices. Will be coming back!

EDIT- I'm actually really friendly now with the person I wrote this review about. We have a running inside joke whenever we see each other. Really hoping this person never ever sees this review. I was in a bad mood, I was being snippy, I didn't have the patience to explain to the person what I wanted/needed of them. This is an amazing store. I was just having a rough day. ___ I usually come here all the time and have no problems finding the coils and vape liquid i need. Today, when I walked in, i first asked the associate if there were any GeekVape coils for purchase. They then said that they didn't know if there were any in stock (i could see them behind the counter). I then asked the associate if they could show me the coils that were available. The associate behind the counter was hesitant and kept saying that I wasn't allowed to come behind the counter. I wasn't asking to go behind the counter. I wanted to see the coils so I could know which one I needed to buy. The associate ended up selling me coils that were too big for my device. One of the coils in the package was opened. I exchanged the package of coils for the correct size. This could have been very easily avoided if the associate had just shown me the coils as I asked them, too. Five stars because I usually have amazing service with them.
