Very poor customer service. Both employees are not friendly what so ever and come off as rude like they don't want any customer's walking in their store because they are lazy. Will be driving to my old tobacco shop a little further away from now on.

$$$$ Walked in for a standard purchase that nearly every shop has at $15.99 max. Priced at $19.99 here. I asked if they would price match.... I was responded with "Nope" I walked out. Way over priced... there's several stores close by. Avoid this place. Editing my review to respond to what the owner responded with. The product I inquired about was literally the exact same product that countless other shops have. Keep trying to exploit your customers, your markup is through the roof. And you sell just as much shady stuff as the rest... good luck competing 💪. I've never had a business owner respond with such a lack of tack. Don't worry you'll never see me again.

Horrendous customer service. The second I walked in I was accused of buying for minors even though I told her I was there for me and I would gladly show her my ID. The younger female employee with glasses and brown hair who was wearing a blue shirt should be fired. I told a friend about it who lives in the area and was told that the lady is rude to them as well multiple times.

First I bought a disposable vape that did not work. Then I asked to get a new one and the worker made a huge deal about it, and also was not wearing a bar and made me very uncomfortable. Then when I got the new vape, it worked for about 30 puffs and now does not work again. I’ve never been to a shop that has worse products in my life! I will never go back! You’ve been warned!
